Heather is a PhD. Student and Harry Broudy Scholar at the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign. Heather belongs to the Department on Educational Policy Studies, and is pursuing her degree in Philosophy of Education with a PhD minor in Gender and Women's Studies. Heather's work focuses on the body as discursive code, virtual code and phenomena. Heather is particularly interested in the intersections of education, gender, body, and technology.
