Usability of technology in public spaces...

I've posted video clips and a narrative about a series of encounters with user-unfriendly touch screens at an upscale shopping center in a post on my Technology-Supported Human-World Interaction blog.

In this situation, the content on the display was a confusing blend of a map, an info-mercial, and a web portal to...nowhere!
