We invite you to the international regional VIIIth IOSTE Symposium for Central and Eastern Europe Countries „Science and Technology Education: TRENDS AND MAIN TENDENCES IN THE 21st CENTURY“, which will take place 24 – 26 May 2011 in the Belarusian State Maxim Tank Pedagogical University, Minsk, Republic of Belarus.

General Information
- VIIIth IOSTE regional symposium for Central and Eastern Europe will promote the development and dissemination of theoretical knowledge, conceptual research, and professional practice knowledge on science and technology education primarily in this region and also worldwide. You are invited to attend and participate in the work of the symposium which offers great opportunities to share your ideas, explore the research, development, and applications, and to network with colleagues from different counties.
- All together we will discuss problems of Science and Technology education (chemistry, physics, biology, geography, mathematics, etc.) in the University and Primary/secondary (high school) education with international and Central and Eastern Europe experts and and specialists.
- VIIIth IOSTE regional symposium for Central and Eastern Europe invites original manuscripts (articles) that have not been previously published and are not currently under review for publication elsewhere. Proposals should be directly addressed to symposium topics.
