Learning Space Design

The purpose of this group is to discuss, share, and collaborate on issues and opportunities to create learning environments that enhance teaching and learning. For hundreds of years we have created learning spaces without careful consideration of the needs of the learner, or the teacher.  Today, we are beginning to better understand the relationship of the room design and layout, lighting, sound, presentation technology with the teaching and learning activities.  Understanding this concept and embracing it can pave the way for the creation of new, innovative, and engaging learning environments.
