A hybrid academic, artist, and community activist, Celeste Fraser Delgado lives in Miami, Florida where she is faculty in the School of Adult and Continuing Education at Barry University. She is the director of the Carnival Arts (carnivalarts.ning.com)program which brings traditional dance, drumming, and mask making to youth in crisis shelters across the state of Florida. She also founded the citizen arts criticism project, neverwatchalone.com.
