Brief Bio: I am a Ph.D. candidate in the Critical Studies Division of the University of Southern California's School of Cinematic Arts. I am the Digitization Coordinator of the Media History Digital Library, and I recently collaborated with David Pierce and Wendy Hagenmaier on building the project's new website. My articles on media, culture, and law have appeared in Cinema Journal, The International Journal of Learning and Media, World Policy Journal, Jump Cut, and Film History. Right now, I am completing my dissertation, Hollywood Vault, which explores how changes in markets, technologies, and intellectual property law have changed the value of the content libraries owned by the Hollywood studios.
