Brief Bio

I am a rhetoric and composition Ph.D. student in Georgia State University’s English Department and am currently engaged in scholarship that explores the possibilities popular culture offer for challenging the categorical separation of theory and practice. This involves drawing on my interest in contemporary rhetorical theory, postmodern feminist theory, postcolonial feminist theory, U.S. third world women of color feminist theory, and comic books.
