I'm a PhD student in the Department of Writing Studies at the University of Minnesota where I study digital rhetoric, critical pedagogy, and the Internet. I teach college-level writing intensive courses, including first-year writing and business & professional writing. I'm an editorial and opinions columnist with the Minnesota Daily, founding contributor to GradHacker, and contributor to the Good Men Project. My writing appears various other places, including my blog and website, and it will soon appear in Paleofuture Magazine.
I'm in the process of founding an educational activist organization, Educators for Freedom, which will go active sometime during spring 2012.
